Lekker was commissioned to design a temporary pavilion to celebrate the opening of the new National Gallery of Singapore. This was imagined as a maximally inclusive space for families from all over the city to experience installations that communicated the imaginative potential of the arts. Designed as a labyrinth, the space was a series of strange and amusing rooms that played with visitors’ expectations.
